With a strong background in building and project delivery, Daniel has developed a reputation for high-quality workmanship, attention to detail, and a reliable, straightforward approach. He takes pride in working closely with each client, ensuring every project runs smoothly from initial consultation through to completion.

  • Garden Renovation, Hastings.

    A complete landscaping transformation, including a new reinforced retaining wall, venetian fencing with integrated up/down lighting, and bespoke vehicle gates designed to match. Porcelain paving was laid over a new structural concrete base, with upgraded drainage and a hoggin finished upper garden and parking area.

  • Garden Renovation, Sedlescombe.

    A complete transformation of the garden and adjoining extension, creating a cohesive indoor outdoor living space. The new layout incorporated masonry steps leading to a raised bank, reclaimed sleeper beds, and limestone paving. The existing timber frame extension was upgraded with a replacement masonry skin and new bifold doors, while internal works included a replacement ceiling and general decorative improvements to bring the entire space together.

  • Garage Extension, Cooden Beach.

    A substantial new build garage alongside improvements to the existing garage, creating a high quality and versatile addition to the property. The project incorporated a reinforced concrete raft, timber frame with brick skin, pitched roof and GRP valley gutter. Internally, the rear room was fully fitted out with a new steel reinforced vaulted ceiling.

  • Kitchen Extension, Hastings.

    A 6m rear extension to a 1930s semi-detached property, creating a new kitchen, utility and dining space. Built using traditional masonry construction with a flat roof, bifold doors and a traditional lime render finish, the extension was designed to compliment the character of the existing home. The project also included extensive landscaping, with a new retaining wall, raised masonry beds, limestone paving, integrated lighting and tropical planting to complete the garden transformation.

    An extensive garden transformation to a new build property, creating a more practical and inviting outdoor space. The garden was levelled with sleeper retaining walls, alongside improved drainage, a new patio, fencing and carefully considered outdoor lighting.

    A complete new build oak framed barn set within the East Sussex countryside. The project included the construction of a new access road and parking area, alongside a 150m³ attenuation system.

  • Kitchen Renovation, Sedlescombe.

    A full structural transformation to improve both the head height and floor space of this country kitchen. The works included a new skylight, structural beam, tanking to an existing retaining wall and improved insulation. A new kitchen was designed and installed, complete with a ceramic tiled floor and quartz worktop.
